New Cabernet Sauvignon!

The Georgia Winery is proud to announce the release of their brand new wine, Cabernet Sauvignon. Made with grapes from Washington State and aged in an American Oak barrel at the Georgia Winery’s farm in Chattanooga Valley, this full-bodied wine has hints of black cherries, tobacco and jam. Its high tannins and slightly acidic finish makes this wine the perfect pair for dark chocolate, ribeye steak and braised short ribs.

"Customer feedback has been great so far!” Said Jesse Taymore, the Manager at Georgia Winery. “We’ve specialized in making sweet southern wine for so long; but now our remodel has enhanced our tasting center so much, that in turn it has brought back a market for us to make some really superb dry wines as well as partner with Debarge Winery!"

Georgia Winery Releases Two New Wines!

The Georgia Winery now features two new wines: Edelweiss and Ives Noir. 

Edelweiss, a sweet white wine, is light and refreshing. The perfect wine to pour on a brisk summer evening. Pairs well with spicy food and goat cheese. Ives Noir, a semi-sweet red wine, flows with velvety tones of blackberries and cherries. Pairs well with roast, Italian food and smoked cheddar. 

Both of these wines are available for tasting Monday - Saturday from 10:00am to 6:00pm.

Georgia Winery's Grand Re-Opening

The Georgia Winery would like to invite all Sweet Southern Wine lovers to their Grand Re-Opening on Tuesday, April 21st!

Stop by during the Georgia Winery’s Grand Re-Opening to enjoy their newly remodeled tasting room! Customers can expect some exciting changes, such as a much larger tasting bar, holding up to 40+ people, seating and stand up bar area, gourmet cheese plates, premium wine tasting and Craft Beer. The new tasting room will provide a more upscale and relaxing environment for their customers to enjoy.

They will also be offering a variety of sweet and savory food items. Customers will find desserts from Rembrandt’s Coffee House, a European style café located downtown Chattanooga, Cupcake Kitchen, a cozy bakery located at 500 Broad St., Signature Desserts from the Georgia Winery’s very own Cheryl Wilson, whose baking talents were discovered soon after she started working at the Georgia Winery in 2008, and much more!
