What is a Pinsa?
A traditional Roman-style pizza that is known for its light & crispy texture! Typically made from wheat, rice, and soy flours, which give this unique crust its light & airy profile. Our pinsas are oval in shape & 12" long, typically feeding 1–2 people—perfect for sharing or enjoying on your own.

Our Pinsa Promise
All pinsas are made on a 12" artisan pinsa crust, topped with our house-made wine-infused pinsa sauce, and baked to perfection. You can also substitute our gluten-free cauliflower crust at no extra charge.
