Whether you’re a beginner or an expert, Kat Smith of Southern Soul Yoga will lead you through a class of stretching and toning your body while easing your spirit into a pure state of balance. Following the yoga session, keep on relaxing while you enjoy the most flavorful Sweet, Southern wines the Chattanooga Valley has to offer. Whether you bring one friend or a few, or you’re coming to socialize and meet someone new, Wine Yoga is sure to help you spring forward into this brand-new season! Please bring your own mat and water. Tickets include 1 hour of yoga and 1 glass of wine.
