This is a quarterly benefit. Billing and shipment/pick up periods are during the months of January, April, July, and October.

 

How to join:

Simply come in to our store or click below to make your selection of 3 bottles, 6 bottles, or 12 bottles, and complete the enrollment form. We will notify you via e-mail each quarter to let you know your wines are ready for shipment or pick-up.  We will gladly accept your enrollment over the phone by calling (706) 937-WINE.  Save 10% on wine (20% on case purchases) today by enrolling now!

 

Selecting your wines: 

On the enrollment form, simply check whether you wish to receive 3 bottles ($32.90), 6 bottles ($65.70), or 12 bottles ($131.00) at a quarterly discounted rate of only $10.95 per bottle. Shipment: Choose which wines you would wish to receive quarterly (excluding seasonal varieties). If a wine you elected to recieve for the particular quarter is out of stock, a similar variety will be sent in its place. All wines selected by the winemaker will be sweet and fruity. Pick up: Those who elect to receive their quarterly wines in store may select their wines upon arrival.

Recieving your wines: 

An email will be sent to you prior to your Wine Club quarter date as a courtesty reminder of your billing period. Wines will be available for in-store pick up or be shipped on the 5th day of the quarterly month. Shipment: Wines will arrive via UPS in 3-5 business days and cannot ship to a P.O. box. If your delivery is missed, UPS will attempt a total of three times. Georgia Winery is not responsible for any returned packages. ALL shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. Because of state laws we cannot ship to the following states: AL, AR, DE, KY, MA, MS, MT, NJ, ND, NH, OK, PA, SD, UT. Pickup: Wine Club pickups must be picked up within 30 days. An ID must be presented upon pick up.  

Charges:
Members enjoy the convenience of automatic payments for Wine Club. The credit card provided will be charged on the 2nd day of the quarter based on quantity selected plus applicable tax and/or shipping charges. By enrolling, Georgia Winery is authorized to bill your credit card quarterly for these charges. Notification of address or credit card changes must be made prior to quarter.

Changes to your account : 

All changes to your wine club account need to be made before the 25th of the month prior to the quarter. These changes include : credit card information, shipping address, wine selections, bottle amounts, etc...

Cancellation : 

Cancellation of membership must be made by emailing wineclub@georgiawines.com at any point after reaching 1 year (4 quarters). Cancellation prior to your one year period will result in a $30 termination fee.
